I’m linking up with Just Be Enough today to come back from a writing hiatus. I’ve wanted to write so badly, but my job and life got so hectic.
I’m grateful for my wonderful husband. We’ve been together for twelve years, and we will be married for ten years next May. He is my best friend and my soulmate. I’m grateful for my two beautiful and intelligent little girls, Munch and Skeeter. You two light up my life. I am so proud to be your mama.
I’m grateful for my parents, my wonderful sister, her husband and my two sweet nieces. I’m grateful for my two sets of parents-in-law, my sister-in-law who is more like a sister to me and my brother-in-law who is more of a brother to me. I adore my two nieces and two nephews and one of the most business savvy guys I know, my brother-in-law. I am so grateful for my brother-in-law’s girlfriend. I haven’t met her yet, but I know she must be special to capture his heart. I am grateful for our lone surviving grandmother. She is an inspiration to me with her wit and her love of music.
I am thankful for the health of my family. I am thankful for our wonderful doctors and specialists who keep our family healthy both mentally and physically.
I am thankful that both my husband and I have jobs. I am so grateful for my amazing boss and my awesome coworkers. I am truly blessed and fortunate. I am blessed to have a warrior mom friend at work who lets me vent. Thank you G. God brought us together at the right time.
I am thankful for the dedicated and caring teachers at our daughters’ daycare/preschool. They have become like family to us.
I am thankful for my mama friends on twitter and Facebook, especially the #ppdchat group and Mama’s Comfort Camp. I am forever grateful to Alexandra for asking me to be a part of Listen to Your Mother Milwaukee. I am so excited to help other women find their voice and tell their story.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving to all my American readers! For my international friends, enjoy the upcoming holiday season!

Happy Thanksgiving Jenny! Hope you’re having a fabulous day with your family.
Thank you Kristin! I had a wonderful day. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
What a great list – many more blessings to you in the coming year!
Thank you so much! It was so amazing to write this all down to realize how truly blessed I am. I want to keep this post as a reminder to myself.
Really nice to see you back. i know what you mean about life getting hectic and that’s why I am taking a break from twitter and instead still writing and commenting on a few select blogs. as you say, writing things down is therapeutic and really does our self confidence wonders. As a fellow PND expeiencer(is that a word?), Its great to see you talking about how you feel, helps others going through the same.
Angeline, thank you so much. I hadn’t realized it had been a month. I get cranky when I don’t write. I didn’t realize how it has become to my self-care. I want to continue to share my experiences on PND. It changed who I am. I choose who I will become because of that experience.
It’s gonna be good, Jen.]
I cannot wait! I am so pumped up and energized.
So happy for you
Thank you sweetie. I feel transformed by this experience.
